An order is composed of three main steps: SUBMITTING, PROCESSING, SHIPPING.
SUBMITTING: An order is submitted when a customer places an order by phone, fax, email, or the Algierz website. Algierz does not guarantee delivery time from the date an order is SUBMITTED.
PROCESSING: After an order is Submitted, we can process the order if we have the items in stock and you provide valid payment.
SHIPPING: We are happy to ship products anywhere in the world. That includes military addresses. When you select how fast you want your items shipped – the speed is based on the services offered by FedEx, UPS, & US Postal Service. We do not guaranteed the speed of shipping company, because once we had the package to the shipping company we do not have control.
Policy on PAYMENT:
Valid payment consists of a Money Order, Western Union, or Credit Card. Credit cards are the easiest way to pay, but we also take Money Orders or Western Union. To pay by Western Union or Money Order, send an email for special instructions to: INFO@ALGIERZ.COM
Policy on CREDIT CARDS:
Credit cards are acceptable on domestic orders within the USA and American military orders. Credit cards require important security measures! All credit card companies require that we receive billing and shipping addresses. We do not charge anyone’s card until the day we are ready to start packing their order.
By placing an order a customer grants Algierz permission to charge customer for payment if an item is available and ready to be processed and shipped. Algierz only charges credit card customers if an item is ready to ship.
Policy on SOLD OUT ITEMS (AKA BACK ORDER):
If an item is not available, it may be placed on back-order. Back-orders are processed after we reproduce that item. ?Reproduction time is not guaranteed; it can last anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months. We do not charge credit cards until an item is available in-stock and ready to pack.
Policy on PARTIAL SHIPMENTS:
If you order several items, and some are in stock, and some are out of stock, then it is our policy to ship the current items and then ship the others when we receive them back in stock. We do not charge shipping twice in these situations.
Policy on CLOTHING, WASHING, & DRY CLEANING:
Algierz does not guarantee clothing and apparel for wear or washing. Customers often ask how to care for their gear. We recommend washing on cold setting (with shirt inside out) and then line drying, as the most affordable option. But many customers take their Algierz Gear to the dry cleaners. Algierz does not guarantee our recommended method of cleaning or dry cleaning. Clothing does not last forever. All clothing will eventually show wear with usage and cleaning. The better you take care of your clothing, the less damage it will show.
Policy on RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Algierz accepts returns for exchange of size only, and only within 30 days from the date that we ship an order. Every shirt is slightly different, and slight variations are considered normal, and are not a valid reason for return or refusal. Returns ARE NOT guaranteed after 30 days from the original shipping date. If a customer wants to swap sizes, product may be returned within 30 days of the original date of shipping. Swapping requires that the item has not been warn, is in new condition, and contains the original packaging. If a customer wants to swap sizes, we do not guarantee the cost of the return shipping. Customers who want to return, or swap a shirt, must pay for the total cost of shipping. Returns and exchanges are not acceptable on international orders.
Policy on EBLAST & DIRECT MARKETING:
Algierz will automatically add your email address to our Eblast list when you place an order. If you want to unsubscribe from our eblast list, just follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each Eblast.
