KONSEQUENSE, "THE WAY I FLEX"
| |
PLAY NOW |
Konsequense wanted to
put Connecticut on the hip-hop map and big up
their home town of Bridgeport. So we gave the
video a bling-bling
feel, but also represented at a neighborhood level.
We brought the whole Newfield Park neighborhood
out to show love. Another scene
represented for the PT Barnum Projects, so that
rapper Caliber could keep it real. And big ups
to Jimmy's Strip Bar in Bridgeport, who lent us
three of their friendliest girls!!! People love
the shower
scene!! (Girls, holler at us and let's do lunch!!)
Konsequense and Rat Boy Records used to sell hundreds
of copies this a day out of their trunks. Peace
to Ratti, AD, Kraze, Tony, and everyone in CT.

THIRSTIN HOWL III, "O.G. STRIPES (CHAPTER
1)"
|
PLAY
NOW |
Thirstin
wanted to show that although he was silly, he was
gully too. So we shot a grimy video in his home
hood of Brownsville, Brooklyn, viewed as if actual
on-location sites were rap video scenes. Peace to
Thirstin and Skillionaire Enterprises.

THIRSTIN HOWL III, "LOVE & LOYALTY"
|
PLAY
NOW |
Thirstin's
song is about real love and real loyalty among his
long time posse, The Lo Lifes. A crew brought together
by their mutual passion for high fashion, and at
times, grand theft larceny. Their
lives have seen serious drama. So we showed real
people at real locations to express real crew love
-- all filmed live on-location in Browsnville, Brooklyn,
with a cinema verite documentary flavor. What up
to Hi Lo, Fi, and Big Smoke?! |
